VietnamThe service was really helpful with our late arrival and early checkout. We had to change our arrival time on several occasions due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were patient and as helpful as you could get. Moreover, the room was warm and cosy when we arrived.

However, we were able to pick up a room key at Colac, go to the football in Geelong and then drive back to Colac with minimal anxiety.
