The motel was tucked off the main road, not many road sounds. The room was clean, only basic amenities though. There was a perfume in the room which did set off my wife's allergies, however after airing the room (even in the freezing cold), we managed to remove some of the smell (not at all the owners fault). Staff were easy going, very helpful and were all too keen to make sure everything was okay. We were there for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forrest experience. The staff were very helpful prior to arriving at the motel, catering to our needs etc. Nothing was any problem for them. Really good.
