There was a perfume in the room which did set off my wife's allergies, however after airing the room (even in the freezing cold), we managed to remove some of the smell (not at all the owners fault). Staff were easy going, very helpful and were all too keen to make sure everything was okay. We were there for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forrest experience.
