The minor extra miles aside B100 road are more than worth to drive.
Extreme beautiful small hotel with great staffed rooms and large rose garden.
Next to the small main pedestrian street but still a silent place to stay over night.
The cleaningness is benchmark !
Christine gave us a very warm welcome and free upgrade to a larger room, helpful tips for the afternoon and area.
We will definitely come back !

AustraliaThis was a last minute booking for us as we were travelling through and only had the one night. Port Fairy itself is lovely, but this Inn was a gem and we really wanted to stay longer. Great value for money, clean, right in town and the staff were so friendly. The bonus was the actual pub, the oldest licenced pub in Victoria. We indulged in a few pints with some locals and sang along with the live band. We will definitely be returning.

SingaporeElm Tree is a no-frills accommodation, well suited for our one night stay. That said, everything from service to cleanliness of the room and bathroom to the comfort of the beds (the heated mattress pads were very much welcomed!).
Felt bad that I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted with our check-in. We are grateful for her recommendation to book a car ferry from Geelong to get to Philip Island. We had originally planned to drive through Melbourne City. The car ferry saved us much time. Thank you! 😊
Location-wise, Elm Tree also has eating places nearby, including KFC drive-thru right next door.
Hands-down will stay here again if we travel to Warnambool!

There are motel rooms and lovely cottages, which I wasn't aware of at the time of booking. The Manager is a lovely person and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. She even rang us after we had left to ask if we enjoyed our stay and wish us safe travels back home.
