Motels in Chatham

I have stayed at the Saxony Motel everytime I travel to Chatham Ont. The staff is wonderful. We needed a early check in so we can get ready for an event and traveled 5 hrs to get there and they accommodated our request. Thank you Saxony Motel.

the motel was updated but the restorations were not done very professionally. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room was adequate in size.

The motel was located in a very quiet area. There was actually a field behind the motel. We appreciated being away from the main flow of busy traffic. The motel was very clean. It is very basic, but a great price, very friendly staff and clean and comfortable.

Excellent restaurant next door. Adequate breakfast. This is an OK basic budget motel.

beds were very comfortable - we went to the Fortress Tavern for a night out to listen to a live band and its just a few minutes walk from this motel - excellent location for that nite. The room was large and had everything we needed - not the Hilton but very good for the money for sure. They offered free ice and a little continental breakfast which was good enough.

We always stay a the Saxony Motel when we visit friends and relatives in Chatham.

we never stayed there as the city was hit with a drastic storm and flooded some of the motel - our room wasn't ready and had no air conditioner that was working so they wanted us to wait longer until it was ready. We said we were not going to stay there as the place was a dump and room not ready so we left - told the manager not to charge us for the room as we were not staying there.

Highly recommend coming to stay here. Is the best motel in the area
