Metro station, major bus stop nearby. Lots of eateries. Minimal traffic noise as the road in front of motel, while paved, is used mainly for internal travels by businesses in the block. It’s within 30 meters of Blue Palace, a multi-storey hotel (this could be useful since taxi drivers need Hangul characters for their nav systems). Sufficient space.
