We talked with hee in Korean, however she can also communicate in English which is very convenient for foreign guests. Our accomodation had everything we needed, including a water dispenser in our room. It was a bit cold at night when we were there but we had a heating blanket provided for us so sleeping there was really comfortable!! There's everything you may need: shower gel and shampoo, soap, toothpaste, razor, lotion... The room is big and even has a table to eat and a mirror with a chair in front of it to put makeup on.
