In December we stayed at the Dunstan House in Clyde to start our Otago Rail Trail trip. It was perfect in every way. The host was attentive, the room comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast.

Set on lovely private gardens, these log style chalets are located 3 minutes’ drive from Alexandra. There is a seasonal swimming pool and a BBQ area.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. Very accommodating and flexible when we indicated we might need to stay an extra night but couldn't commit until mid morning of the day.
