New units. With everything you need. Automated self check-in system was great. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet. Good location, near small park for children to play. Great communication from the owner by text. Highly recommended.

The hotel was okay – nothing fancy, but clean and functional. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few meters from the beach, which was a huge plus. The hosts were very friendly and uncomplicated, making the stay easy and pleasant. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing time in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again!

Room and bathroom were quite clean. It was nice that they had floor warmers and towel warmers in the bathroom. They had a great bed setup for 3 which is rare to find. Parking was right in front of our room, so super convenient. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and they gave us fresh milk for our coffee. It was very nice to have a patio/balcony area for each room. Right next to a New World supermarket which was very convenient.

Very well kept! Love the woven decor and good choice of satellite and Netflix options on the TV with a Guest Netflix account signed in. Kylie was nice enough to post some earbuds I left behind to my next booking which I am forever grateful for ❤️ Parking on site and washing facilities too. Short drive from the town of Kaikoura with closer options for food and beverages on the local road 👍
