Clean, comfortable room with a well stocked kitchenette. The air con was great, and bathroom had heated floors for in the winter. All of the staff were super welcoming and friendly. Location was brilliant- close to many of Rotorua's activities including the Luge, lots of fast food options within walking distance as well as a Countdown, and a very short drive to the city centre. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hot tub. The property is close to almost everything, we didn't even travelled far for all the entertainment areas we visited. The restaurant food was amazing. Game rooms activities were awesome as well as the mini golf.

Morgen our host was very welcoming. He lives on the property with his family. Everything was well taken care of so we really did not need to call Morgen for much but when we had a question or request he was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with We booked two different kinds of rooms. One was more spacious with a stove top/kitchen area the other just had a kitchenette but both had hot tubs and we really enjoyed them after a day full of adventure activities Location was quite convenient

    The 4 apartments that we booked at Brylin Motel during winter school holiday are exceptional. I have not seen a very clean and home-like accommodation in Rotorua, none like Brylin Motel. The rooms and toilets are very spacious too. Amber is friendly and amazing. She has been very helpful and accommodating to my groups' needs. She has been very kind and understanding with the hectic activities and noises of having a big group like us. Thank you Brylin Motel!!! 100% highly recommended.

    the motel was close to the Howard Morrison Centre where we came for an event the people running the motel were extremely nice and made allowance for us arriving late after our event I loved the original paintings on the walls

    The motel is located directly opposite a supermarket and mall and not too far from the town centre and some of the sights. Best of all, for $10 the person at reception washed and dried our clothes and left them in our room. Brilliant service. Room was great, what we needed and we cooked on our 1st night and prepared lunch for the following day. There is certainly plenty to do in the Rotorua area and BK’s motor lodge was ideal as a base.

    I simply needed a room for one night during my trip by car in New Zealand. The location was very good, very central, there was free parking on the premises. The room was what one would expect from a motel and very good value for the money.
