Loved the size of our room, Bed was super comfy. Had a great view as we where on the top story. Staff at reception when I checked in was super friendly and made you feel very welcome, loved the spa bath in our room and the amazing pressure in the shower.

Nice clean motel with a partial view towards the bay. Rooms were modern and the family 2 bed was quite big. Staff were friendly. There was a car charging port available at no charge, which was really appreciated.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, in the first floor, with local views. The beds were comfortable with hotel quality bedding. There was a well equiped kitchen and bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. The living area had 2 large comfy sofas. Really lovely spaces. Parking close to room. On the main road out of town, excellent location for us as close to the hospital, botanic gardens and the centre of town but the other end of town from the beach. Host friendly, professional and helpful. We will stay here again.

The lodge, and Ray (the owner), were so lovely! The place actually exceeded my expectations because I was unaware how LARGE the room is. There is an entire downstairs with a living/dining area and a kitchen that is very equipped with utensils, pots&pans, and cleaning supplies, and a huge bathroom, and then upstairs is the room with two beds. More than enough space for myself, and i believe the downstairs sofa can actually be turned into a sofa bed. The place is also pretty close to restaurants, and the beach (which you can see from your window). Wonderful value, and I would be happy to stay here again. I didn't really hear the train, but maybe I am desensitized to those noises from where I live.
