Motel 6 exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable also with full SKY available which was a bonus. It was also very very clean. I would stay at Motel 6 again and no doubt will stay there on my next visit to Whangarei.

Motel is great value for money! The bed is comfy, it has all the needed utilities. Staff were fantastic, friendly & helpful- even accomodating me with the admin internet for an important meeting, providing free kiwi fruit and extra milk! Thoroughly recommend for a within budget motel.

Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were modern, newly renovated, clean and practical. The motellier was warm, friendly and kind. My entire whanau stayed and we all highly recommend BK's Pohutukawa

We have stayed previously so knew what to expect. We liked the Downstairs King Studio room as it has proximity to eateries and the comfortable facilities at this motel. We stayed 2 nights and were pleased the Sky TV remote replacement batteries because it wasn't working on the first night.
We sampled the spa pool this time and appreciated the soak after working all day
Love the Heat Pump, the generous bathroom and kitchen

Handy to city centre, with free parking. Older style motel but exceptionally clean and well appointed. Great value and lovely staff. Surprisingly quiet. Will stay again.
