Excellent spot to explore Whangarei, easy walk into town, and access roads to explore further afield. Extremely friendly and accommodating owners. The unit was very spacious, certainly not a pokey room.

Clean room with a big bed, table, and chairs. The owners were very kind and talkative. There's an extra lock for solo woman travelers like me, and it made me feel very safe at night.

Everything! The owner is friendly and helpful. The apartment was well appointed, quiet and spotlessly clean. We were able to park right outside which was great. Sky channels were a bonus too! Convenient for two large supermarkets just down the road and the Waterfront, which is an easy walk away. Highly recommended.
