The motel was clean, neat and comfortable, with a decent breakfast offering and fantastic position. HOWEVER, the bedroom floor had obviously not been washed/mopped for some time, though it had been swept. My bare feet were totally black after walking about in the room and I had to wash my feet before I got into bed and wear shoes all the time. I mentioned this at the front desk as we left and the receptionist promised it would be sorted. Such a shame this let it down, as otherwise, the location and motel were great with a hot jacuzzi and a fabulous view and outside area.

Easy to find great location. Shops and restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Super clean with great amenities! The candy in the room was nice! Along with better quality shampoo conditioner than most hotels and the shower cap! which I haven’t seen at any others for a long time. They also had a great selection of movies etc at reception. Normally a motels a motel and Im happy to be leaving but this place was great I definitely will stay a few days next time

This is our second time back in a week, we loved it so much we rerouted our trip to come back to Astoria and the Atomic Motel. The lady on check in is so lovely and welcoming and remembered me from last week.

The view of the marina and bridge across the Columbia was terrific! While an older motel, the facilities were clean and fine.

We love the mid-century vibe of the motel. Its the main reason we chose it. The location is great. We explored Astoria all weekend and could get back for a snack or a rest quickly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.

The room was nice and clean both the room and lobby are decorated in the 50s style which I love and the reason I chose the motel,it is located on the main road so not hard to find and it was quite at night, there is a microwave and small refrigerator but no in room coffee maker, The bed was comfortable we stayed 2 nights and loved that we could walk next door to eat, for us the downtown area was close enough to walk , we would stay here again
