We went to the other motel and found it DISGUSTING! Evidently, both properties are owned by the same person. The one that was "overbooked" was reasonably acceptable. However, this was obviously an outright scam to fill a less than desirable motel with customers who had no other options. Avoid both Bay Motel and Delta Motel!!!Guest review byPenniYoung couple
