Everything was great, very clean rooms and comfy beds. It was the best hotel in Texas, where I have been.

FANTASTIC location being VERY close to the beach and the must-see Aircraft Carrier Museum. And a lot of wind did NOT affect the comfort in the room. An upscale hotel nearby offered take-away quality food at reasonable prices and a liqour shop nearby offered excellent beer and wine - so it was NO problem that other restaurants were closed due to off-season, Have a good time there...

Very good location. Plenty of parking and 1 minute from a bus stop. Staff was pleasant but I arrived 12 minutes early and was told by someone who may have worked there to just left the phone. I did so and apologised for being a little early. I said i would wait but was offered early check in for $10. I chose to wait. She lasted 10 minutes.The hotel was quite nice albeit a little dated.
