For convenience to university this is ideal. It's an old-style roadside motel, with a small swimming pool in the middle of the parking lot. It's nothing special, but it does the job. For a self-service restaurant it's has surprisingly good variety of options.

This is a basic motel with clean comfortable rooms in a good location for the campus. You can walk to Whole foods across the street.
