CubaThe staff was very nice and professional toward my family and spouse. The Lady on the clock at the time of my check in was very nice and went out of her way to help my family get their room checked in and upgraded. This Hotel is super close from the river it just a short walk. Amazing staff!

United StatesWe loved everything about the property and our cabin! The river view was amazing! I especially loved Joyce at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable and amazing. I want to thank her for taking the time to make sure we felt welcomed and also to thank her for helping Teresa get our things up to the cabin. We both greatly appreciated her help. I wasn't able to carry anything because of being so worn out from my chemo treatments. I have recommended you guys to all of my friends and family. Thanks again, Susan
