    I rented a room through booking.com when I got to the hotel I was told that there were no rooms available and that my debit card would not be charged I had to go to another motel and they still charged my debit card I have had three phone calls that I have made and two emails none of which have been returned they have refused to replace the $75 that they took off my debit card even though they told me it would not be charged because there was no room to rent I never got a room but I was still charged $75 this is called theft
