Everything was great, arrival instructions were very clear. The coffee was a real nice way to start the day (as were the chocolates!!)

We felt like home! The staff at the reception was so nice and friendly - they are there until 10pm and we were running kind of late cause spent more time hiking at Zion than we initially thought and we also had a heavy snow on our way there. They were texting us to confirm the time of our arrival to arrange a late check in if needed (arrived to the hotel around 9pm) - unfortunately we couldn’t see those messages until we were close to the hotel due to lack of service around the mountains, however it’s always nice to know that they are taking care of those details. They are also in front of a gas station and a great restaurant where we had a very nice breakfast. The bed was great and really comfortable, we also had a good coffee machine, great to have the iron in the room without the need to ask for it. Great WiFi!! This was important after having a poor experience with this in our previous hotel in Vegas. We only stayed for 1 night but we wished we could’ve stayed longer there.
