Loved the houseboat with kitchen. The water views were wonderful. The boathouse was well equipped and very clean.

Like stepping back in a time machine. Clean and very well maintained for its age. Opened in 1950. Beautiful inner courtyard. Within walking or biking distance to Whitehead and Duvall Street for all the action but far enough away to have it quiet at night. Has its own pool area as well and could rent bikes right from the motel. Within walking distance to Higgs Beach.

We were blown away here, such a beautiful, traditional hotel. It is in a fantastic location which was great for walking everywhere. Staff were all friendly and helpful, an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will be returning!
