Location is excellent. Shopping centers, cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants are in walking distance. The staff members were friendly and helpful. There were two desks and three chairs in total in the room, making it a great place to work. I read some reviews before going and I got worried about bugs, but there were none . The room was clean and they recently installed new carpets.

This hotel definitely gives you the most bang for your buck if you're looking for a place to stay in the Niagara Falls location. Location is perfect. Located right on the outskirts of downtown Niagara Falls and the casino. Multiple local businesses in the area within walking distance to accommodate all your needs without having to drive or take Uber. The owners are very nice people and go above and beyond to make you feel at home and provide excellent customer service from the time you check in until check out.

    Nice and clean room with fridge and microwave. It was within walking distance to the falls. Free parking at this motel was a huge plus for us since we had multiple cars and parking fees at falls was outrageous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
