Fantastic motel. Staff was great. Room was excellent. Two restaurants across the street. Dels for dinner and Kix for Breakfast.

This is my second stay at the motel. It has been over a year since my last stay but hotel owner recognized me and called me by name. It is very quiet and clean place. There is a bar on site if you want to get a drink. 10 stars.

What makes this place special is the people who run it. Roel and Tiffany are so welcoming that staying at the Almara is like staying with old friends. I'm coming to end of a roadtrip around North America, so have stayed in dozens of places. Nowhere else offered this level of service...homemade breakfast tacos, with strong coffee and great company. I look forward to coming back.
