Pelican Sands Scamander is located on the waterfront where the Scamander River meets the oceanfront on the mid north-east coast of Tasmania. Absolutely relaxing place to stay, right on the edge of the water . Fantastic shower.

Recently awarded Silver in the Tasmanian Tourism Awards 2024, situated in the village of Ross, alongside the Macquarie River, Riverview at Ross offers 4-star rooms with free WiFi and TV. Really enjoyed our stay here. Cute cottage and close by to the cafes around the corner. Great place to spot by overnight in Ross.

Featuring North facing motel style views of the Inglis River, the Burnie Airport Motel is just 3 minutes’ drive from Burnie Wynyard Airport. We didn’t use the breakfast facility but on observation were very impressed with the selection on offer, and the presentation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and efficient in all areas of work. The location was beautiful, facing the water. It was a 10 minute walk to town so very convenient. It was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

Queechy Motel is situated in St Helens. Each accommodation at the 3.5-star motel has river views and most rooms have stairs. Nice facility with a bay view. Super Friendly Steve was extra accommodating, upgrading my Son & I to a larger unit with two beds without charging. He also gave us ample snacks. The bathroom was beautifully renovated, and everything was top-notch, especially for the value. There is an albino wallaby on the property that Steve alerted us to

Just 3 minutes’ walk from Swansea main beach, Swansea Motor Inn offers free Wi-Fi and BBQ facilities. Some accommodation boasts a private balcony with views of Great Oyster Bay. Great location. Rooms were clean and tidy. Friendly staff!

Just 4 minutes’ drive from Spirit of Tasmania Terminal, Argosy Motor Inn offers a restaurant, a bar and free on-site parking. Great price and facilities. Excellent location for ferry.

Gold Rush Inn features free WiFi. It offers spacious, ground-floor rooms and free parking in front of each room. Queenstown motel. Excellent 1 night stay in the western Tasmanian district. Was taking the Strahan cruise the next morning and needed a 2 bed facility for the night before. Absolutely what we needed. clean. Supportive staff. Parked right out side the room door. Good kitchen. Good shower. Sleep well. No noise. Easily would stay again
