The property is non-smoking and is located 3.7 km from Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Was clean, comfortable and you could use the facilities in their other hotel. A great hot tub area and sauna, water refill station and a free bus ticket to use on the Banff public transport. Also a little bottle of milk on arrival for making your own tea and coffee

The Good - great location, few mins walk from mall (not much else in Lake Louise) - good well priced restaurant on site. You can't book, but we only waited about 10mins for table - good kitchen, with plenty of fridge/freezer space - plenty of free parking - good wifi throughout - excellent showers, shower gel and towels provided - fairly quiet location. we paid $700 for this motel kind of room, 3rd floor no elevator and not even fridge in the room,,there is pool in the main building which we do not care..

The motel itself was really good in that it had a fridge and air conditioning and an ice bucket and a very comfortable bed. It’s in a good location with plenty of parking.
