Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, cleanliness, easy access to/ from the airport and easy access to downtown Copenhagen (bus + metro). Free parking on premises. Calm and safe environment.

It's a hotel for one or two days stay. Don't expect something else and you won't be disappointed. Nice, small with a huge free parking. Staff is polite and well educated, ready to solve any problem. Breakfast was good and starts at 5 o'clock in the morning.

Breakfast was excellent with big variety of food and desserts. You can bake your own waffles. Coffee was great too. Nice that there a big free parking lot nearby the hotel. Much cheaper than staying in the center.

It really did have that mid-century American roadside motel feel, just outside of Copenhagen. Rustic, clean, small rooms with very nice beds and a TV that kind of dominates the room.

Quiet place, close to metro, close to beach, hight ceilings, free parking nearby, close to shops, checkin-process is easy and clear

This was our first experience of a MotelOne and it definitely won't be the last! The reception area was bright and clean and staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect with many shops, cafe's and things to do right at your feet. Our room was an adequate size with a very comfortable bed. Bonus points for being able to cast shows from your phone to the TV!

Breakfast here was wonderful. Chefs in the kitchen cooked eggs etc on request so they were always fresh. Gluten free rolls heated for me on request so were fresh and tasty. Wide choice of dishes including gf cereals. Coffee machine supplied good coffee
