Located in the leafy suburb of Birkenhead on Auckland's North Shore district, FERNZ Motel & Apartments Birkenhead offers accommodation within a 15-minute drive from Auckland CBD. Spacious room, balcony, clean, modern design, even had new washing machine and dryer in the room. The area is nice as well, many restaurants, cute stores, a nice playground right across the street, 20 minutes walk to the ferry to Auckland. Staff so friendly as well! Would definitely come here again

I had an amazing stay at this lovely little hotel/apartment in Auckland. It’s small, cozy, and exceptionally clean, everything felt fresh and spotless. The place has a warm, homey vibe that made me feel very comfortable from the start. The host was incredibly friendly, and the girl at the front desk gave such a warm and welcoming greeting. Even though it feels more like a motel or apartment complex than a hotel, the overall experience was fantastic. It’s located very close to a mall, which was super convenient, and there were enough parking spots available. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I would absolutely come back if I’m ever in Auckland again. Highly recommended!

At Orewa Beachcomber all our units are beautifully presented with touches of home and we cater for private or corporate guests. I absolutely loved my stay! My room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The highlight for me was the large, relaxing tub—perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. The shower was fantastic, with amazing water pressure that made washing my hair a breeze. The small kitchen was a great bonus, equipped with plenty of extras to make my stay even more convenient. The location was lovely—just a short walk to plenty of shops and restaurants, plus you can catch a cool ocean breeze directly across the street. Check in was beyond easy and everyone was extremely kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Just 50 metres walk from the weekly village markets, guests enjoy a swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a children’s playground at Matakana Motel. Modern, comfortable, clean, lovely pool, friendly staff, great location.

Experience world-class service at Whangaparaoa Lodge. The award-winning Whangaparaoa Lodge offers boutique and exquisite accommodation opposite Little Manly Beach. The rooms were spacious and well designed. Everything what might be needed was there. An air condition made the high temperatures bearable. The breakfast was freshly prepared to our wishes and delivered to our room. Sandy and Glen were very helpful. We felt welcomed. The beach is just across the street and invites for a late evening and morning swim. I wished we could have stayed for longer.

The facilities were modern and clean. It was one of the few accommodations that we stayed on this trip that had the same number of chairs as beds. The manager helped organize the doors and kids on checkout. I wish we could have stayed longer. Two thumbs up! 😁
