Exceptionally clean and well maintained studio. The King size bed was very comfortable and we had everything needed for an enjoyable three night stay. Our host, Julie, was friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. She gave us many good recommendations and provides a laundry service, which was much appreciated on our extended trip. Pahia is a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Highly recommended.

Cape Reinga Tours pick up from the motel on a daily basis. Very comfortable spacious accommodation. Clean, quiet and everything available. Great little kitchen. Bed comfortable. Plenty of pillow choices. Very happy and highly recommend this place to stay.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room has window screens and regular pest control so no bugs or insects. Host is super friendly. The property is around 800 metres from Paihia Harbour, 3.3 km from Waitangi Treaty Grounds and 7.3 km from Haruru Falls. This was the most surprising find of our trip. Super clean with a breakfast that literally fed us all day! Trevor and Letia were exceptional hosts. You can even pick fresh tomatoes from the garden!
