Offering quality accommodation, this 4.5-star property is nestled between Paihia and Waitangi on Te Ti Bay. Exceptionally clean and well maintained studio. The King size bed was very comfortable and we had everything needed for an enjoyable three night stay. Our host, Julie, was friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. She gave us many good recommendations and provides a laundry service, which was much appreciated on our extended trip. Pahia is a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Highly recommended.

Set in a peaceful neighbourhood, ASURE Admirals View Motel offers self-contained accommodation with scenic sea views in most rooms. The rooms was bright and airy and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just 10 minutes' walk from the Kerikeri River and set amongst gardens, the peaceful Colonial House Motel boasts free unlimited WiFi, Netflix and 50+ TV channels and a saltwater pool. Wonderful hosts who were friendly and accommodating (we were grateful for the opportunity to store our luggage for several hours before and after our stay so that we could sightsee.) Spotlessly clean unit with great amenities and comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings and pretty garden setting. We appreciated the breakfast with coffee/tea, juice, toast/spreads, cereal, yoghurt, and fruit. Excellent location near the Kerikeri Stone Store and Kemp House and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and cafes.

Located in a quiet position on Kerikeri Road, the colonial-style Kerikeri Park Lodge features modern decor and is set on 3.5 acres of lovely park like grounds. Very comfortable spacious accommodation. Clean, quiet and everything available. Great little kitchen. Bed comfortable. Plenty of pillow choices. Very happy and highly recommend this place to stay.

Set in lush sub-tropical gardens, Kauri Park offers an outdoor pool and units with spa bath. The motel features free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room has window screens and regular pest control so no bugs or insects. Host is super friendly. Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. amazing motel - nice clean room, very well equipped, nice swimming pool and whirpool. bbq area I think it was our nicest accommodation during our holiday in NZ.

Great location, apartments were very well equipped and bed was so comfortable. The host was lovely. Brilliant place to stay - we will be back.
