Offering quality accommodation, this 4.5-star property is nestled between Paihia and Waitangi on Te Ti Bay. The host was so friendly and helpful. She gave us great tips about places to eat. The rooms were very well set up and spacious. Fresh milk for cups of tea:) Delicious biscuits.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room has window screens and regular pest control so no bugs or insects. Host is super friendly. Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. We had a family sized room with kitchen which was reasonably equipped. The kids liked the pool and the hot tub. Close enough to walk to grocery stores and to the beach.
