Northwood Motor Lodge is a 4-star motel on the edge of Christchurch, only 8km from the airport. The motel offers modern, air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Absolutely fantastic host. We were picked up from the airport (including children's carseats), and were also offered to drive us to other locations (which we ended up doing). We felt very welcome and it was a great start to our journey!

Super clean, very large room and it was extremely well stocked. Everything in the room was spotless, clean, probably new. There was ample cutlery and cookware, a fully functioning kitchen. Bathroom was also very large and comfortable.
