Ocean Beach is located less than 10 minutes’ drive from a number of Gisborne wineries. The Zephyr Cafe is across the road from the motel. The Tairawhiti Museum is a 9-minute drive away. Our host, Caro, was super nice and gave us a great room and restaurant recommendations. Room was large and comfy. The terrace at the back of the room was a nice surprise.

Located away from the main road, opposite the Gisborne hospital. modern big apartment stile room, very well equiped kitchen. friendly owner, we would go back there anytime.

Staff were friendly and allowed us parking with a trailer in their large parking area. Clean and quiet room. Restaurant next door looks good but didn't try. Definitely reccomend BKs to anyone staying in Gisborne.
