Whispering Sands Beachfront Motel is situated on Waikanae Beach, just a 10-minute walk from Gisborne city centre. Really nice facility, modern and with fantastic view. I would have stayed longer had I known that. Peaceful but close to town center.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. the room was massive had its own courtyard large loungeroom and bathroom, short drive into town walking distance to the beach

O Bks Palm Court Motor Lodge fica a 5 minutos de carro da Praia Gisborne e do centro da cidade de Gisborne. Very comfortable stay, rooms were clean and very well appointed as we expected, what made our stay worthwhile was the very friendly host, he was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble, for that alone is a 5 star, we Thankyou very much and will def return for our next Gizzy stay.

The main attractions are also not far away. The owner/manager is helpful, nice and knowledgeable about Gisborne. Our room was a good size, and it had everything you need.
