We needed a room on the ground floor at short notice as I am currently on crutches, they were so helpful and nice and we got a lovely disabled friendly studio. Everything was new, very clean, large and cosy. I can't thank everyone enough. There is also a good restaurant in the building, which we really enjoyed.

Personalet er venligt og opmærksomt. Indretningen er neutral, men gennemtænkt og giver mening. Sengene er behagelige og vi sov virkelig godt her. Badet havde god varme og tryk, der var hvad man skulle bruge i køkkenet osv. her var hyggeligt at opholde sig og god belysning, så vi havde også lyst til at bruge eftermiddage og aftener på stedet.

The bathroom was spacious with a separate large jet tub. The bed was fabulous and entire room spacious. There was even an outdoor patio. This was an unexpected pleasure. The room was spotless and seemed brand new. Great location just a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants fronting the lake. Christine and Dave were friendly and helpful. This is an exceptional accommodation.

Free Wi-Fi and free car park (limited spaces, based on first in, no reserves) are on offer at Alexander Inn. Very pleasant staff, helped us with allowing late parking and overall a great experience. The room was clean and big, bed comfy. Just what you need for a cheap but comfortable stay in Newmarket
