It was lovely. Overlooked a meadow and just a short walk to the two local restaurants and the beach. Owner allowed me to stash my suitcase while I trekked the Great Walk. Also on return gave me a free ride back to where I rented the backpack. Very kind folks. Lovely dog.

Nice drive to Totaranui on easy gravel road to take water taxi to Abel Tasman.

But in all seriousness staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean and bed was so comfy as well as the pillows. Very happy
