When we came, the owner answered the door. We paid for the stay and got the keys.
Went up to the room, and we found the beds very clean/nice and tidy. We had in the room, a mini-fridge, TV, and furniture to put our luggage in.
The bathroom is clean and tidy, with a shower. Very good for anyone either on a business or leisure trip.
The food is amazing, there are beverages and coffee.
Shops are not that far, close to 3 cities.

The host is kind and prompt in communication. The location of the apartment is great for visiting the Corvin Castle( which was the purpose of our stay) We used the apartment for one night and it was great value for money and the purpose of our stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people. We appreciated the air conditioning and the coffee maker ( including free coffee). The place looks exactly like in the photos, new furniture and appliances. The free parking is definitely a plus. We would definitely recommend!

The location is relatively central, the WiFi was working well, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was well-assorted, with good coffee. The Belle Epoque is somewhat like a theme hotel: it was a theater in earlier times, and much decor and equipment carrying over from that former period is affectionately preserved and exhibited. For a place like Petrosani the Belle Epoque offers fairly tasteful and advanced accommodation.

The place is very well located, a short walk from the main boulevard and shopping mall, with a supermarket and a grocery market a few steps away . But Deva is a small town, so everything is at walking distance. There a many free parking spots around but they get occupied in the evening. You can still park on the sidewalk if needed. The apartment is quite big for a single bedroom, has a coffee machine and all you would need for a short stay. The furniture is new, the place is quiet and feels private.

The location is perfect! On the main street, easy to find, plenty of free parking, opposite a big supermarket, surrounded by little fast food places. Very well equipped studio, nice views. The host is always available, friendly and helpful.
