Extreme value for money. Large clean rooms Each floor have their own bathrooms, shower and kitchens. There is a small shop on the backside of the house. A small café om the other side of the road. Friendly cleaning staff. Lots of parking spaces on the road. Good car communication as you'll get out on the main road almost immediately.

The hotel was close to everything I needed, and it is close to the centre as well. Despite the war, everything was as if in any other country in Europe, which is mind-blowing in my opinion. Kudos for the staff to keep running everything under the circumstances. Check-in and check-out easy and swift, clean room, nice view, soft bed with fluffy pillows, nice breakfast with good coffee, very good value for the price. They have a shelter on-site. I will definitely return when in Kyiv next time.

Very nice and comfortable place in the heart of Podil. Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. It still amazes me how the Ukrainians keep going strong in these difficult circumstances. much respect. And they make good coffee too.

Easy to find and access from the main road with onsite free parking out the back. Very friendly check in staff. Thanks to the young lady on reception who gave me a souvenir shirt on my birthday :) Room was large and had all you need self contained, 3rd and 4th floor so if power goes off not too bad. A solid 7 not because the place is bad, simply because it is not the newest place around, but certainly comfortable and I would stay again.
