The room was large, clean and fresh, they even found my friend some nail varnish and there was a kettle for me, being English, I love a proper cup of tea.

Trailhead Lodging is located in Seward, Alaska. A concierge service is available to help guests plan local sightseeing trips. Very friendly, personal and comfortable with everything you need. Close to the Marine Wildlife Center, but a bit far away (to far to walk, especially when it is raining) from the cruise terminal and for the starting point of Kenai Fjord Tours. If you have a car, the perfect place to be. :-) I can highly recommend Trailhead Lodging- Seward.

Aurora Denali Lodge is set in Healy. Among the facilities at this property are room service and a business centre, along with free WiFi throughout the property. We liked our room with lot of space, a table and two chairs! So we enjoyed this arrangement when we had our dinner (and breakfast) and nobody has to sit and eat from the bed! Also liked the complimentary breakfast (was in the fridge), the free coffee and tea bar and the snack cart for little money! Also the open space upstairs - with big windows, comfy armchairs and sofas and a lot of books to borrow!
