It’s been a real struggle to find accommodations that did not charge an arm and a leg, that was clean, comfortable and quiet & smoke free. I was initially skeptical how close the rooms were to each other, but you couldn’t hear the person in the next room and that’s real important when you have a reactive dog. My dog settled easily in the room, even when I had to step out. The location was nearby a lot of hiking trails & the people were friendly and very helpful.

The accommodation is next to Route 66, close to stores and sightseeing points in Seligman. You can eat with a discount in the neighboring restaurant. If you explore Route 66, it a good place to take a rest here. The pictures, stickers, the shower curtain in the room are all decorated with Route 66 related things/signs. The accommodation is just a 25-30-minute drive to Indian Rd 18 which leads to Havasupai Trailhead.
