Great location, staff were exceptionally helpful in every way providing valuable advice on local restaurants; room and bathroom were spotless; beautiful gardens; establishment run with efficiency and care.

The rooms are very, very clean with updated appointments and amenities. The room size is efficient, however adequate. The grounds are meticulously maintained and very colorful, with a wide variety of blooming plants and shrubs. The owners live on site and are attentive to your needs. They are also very friendly! The available bagged ice and bottled water was very convenient and saved us trips to the store. Of course, the location is just perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Good budget location for events in Providence, just 15 minutes out of town. Good dining options nearby (Cindy's for an excellent breakfast) Room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable, better than expected given the look of the place from the outside. Would stay here again.
