Great location and really comfortable room. This was my 8th hotel as part of a long road trip and I had the best nights sleep here so far. The room has heater (which I needed on this unusual cold wet summer day) and a great shower. Parking was right outside of the room and there was coffee available in the mornings with an ice machine outside next to the reception. Bars and restaurants are walking distance, I would recommend Custer wolf - food and drink. I had the best chicken tenders there I’ve ever had an a big selection of craft beers. Tommy the owner was a really friendly guy and it seems everyone knows each other by first name and it was just a great place to chill and meet new people.

The Sturgis Motel har bjergudsigt og ligger i Sturgis, 46 km fra Journey Museum. Motellet ligger ca. 22 km fra Adams Museum og 46 km fra Dinosaur Park. The location was perfect for visiting north west South Dakota - an hour from everything we wanted to see, the badlands, bear lodge (devils tower) the needles, Custer state park etc. The price was amazing for the quality of the motel. It’s clean, not in disrepair, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. The best part was definitely the owners - Rhonda and Jake went above and beyond to take care of us. They stored our kayaks for us while we stayed with them as we didn’t want to drag them around with us what out exploring. They couldn’t have helped us more! They are the best motel hosts I’ve ever experienced and I stay in motels a LOT. We can’t wait to come back and visit with them again!

The location is amazing! Close to mt rushmore, crazy horse, sylvan lake and the needles highway! Right in the middle of everything !!! Allowing pets was ahhh mazing! Super cozy!
