The receptionist was very helpful. On our last day, our 2.5 year-old kid broke a lamp. We brought the lamp to him asking for how much did we have to pay, and he acknowledged that it was an accident and there was nothing to worry about. This is one of those things that makes you return to a hotel.

This Vermont motel, located off Route 4, West Woodstock Road, is 8 minutes’ drive from Woodstock town centre and just 15 minutes' drive from the SkyeShip Gondola and Killington ski slopes and 30... convenient self check-in, drive up to door of room motel style, comfortable rooms, although there are motel rooms we booked the multi room apartment with 2 floors, huge excellently equipped, newly finished kitchen, twin sub Z, icemaker/cold water dispenser in room, 2 comfortable living room areas, automatic reclining sofa, two large TVs in downstairs rooms, own semi-private outdooor/garden area! Fire pit outside the front lawn to mingle with other guests.

This motel is located 2 miles from the Bennington Battle Monument and Bennington Museum. Catamount Motel offers free Wi-Fi access and features traditional guest rooms with a satellite TV. The owner was helpful directing us to local restaurants. He gave us a free night because his hot water tank was not functioning properly (the intense rain on Saturday flooded it). He was extraordinarily ethical! The room itself was large and spacious and had lots of seating.
