We always stay at the Novotel on our way in and out of Birmingham to/from the Middle East. It's a perfect location, staff are very friendly, the bar and restaurant is excellent and the rooms are spotless. We actually look forward to it now as part of our overall trip. It is two paces to the Emirates check-in desk in Zone D so very easy especially with a lot of luggage.
