It was a wonderful experience, the room was large with a small balcony, a lovely neat and clean place. The owner received us in an expecting way, was very helpful. The only drawback that he doesn't speak English but he speaks Bulgarian and Russion. If go back again to Vilingrad for sure I will stay at this place at least one day. The place has a good privacy rooms, and new facilities: nice jacuzzi and spa and a shower.

It''s my third stay there , over 5 years. This time, I took my mother there, for her 91st birthday, and she was delighted. The owners and the staff are as caring as they used to be, the pool is as nice as before, and everything is still functional and clean. The street is quiet at night, so you can have a good rest. And when you walk around, the views are lovely.

Amazing place - it had a jacuzzi & a sauna & the property was super clean and well maintained. The hosts were hospitable and helpful and there was free parking. There were a couple of shops in the neighbourhood nearby and the kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of pots, pans, cutlery.

Very good hotel, fresh homemade food, friendly staff. We felt like home, really warm and clean. We liked the atmosphere and all the decorations was amazing. Worth to go definitely. Room was really big size, bed was a comfy. Really recommend, I definitely come back there next year.

I was guest the 4th time, and the stay was a real pleasure, as usual. Only minor complaint this time I have: The weather was too warm. Because I like to switch between the hot water, and the fresh, cold air. Which was not cold, now :-)

The apartment is great and very spacious! It was clean and extremely comfortable! We only tried the breakfast but it was amazing very tasty and there was a lot of choice!! The spa was honestly great, a couple of saunas, one big inside swimming pool and two outdoor hot ones, two jacuzzis steaming baths and many other things! Altogether our stay was very enjoyable!!!

    The view from the hotel and the swimming pools was amazing - you could see the mountains, the forest and the town from above. The spa facilities were great - three swimming pools, two saunas, two steam rooms, freezing room, special tropical and winter showers, massages. The breakfast was very tasty and various, there was a lunch menu and the dinner a la cart was delicious. The staff was very kind and everything was very clean
