We loved loved loved the spa - views were incredible from the outdoor part of the spa (jacuzzi, sauna and incredible hot tub) and indoor spa was just a relaxation haven. Rooms were super comfy, breakfast was delicious with helpful nice staff. The helpful man working at the reception let us check in early and leave our luggage beyond check out. I really highly recommend a trip to Leukerbad, so easy in terms of public transport and so many great facilities like restaurants and shops but also incredible breathtaking nature hikes in the immediate surroundings of the hotel.

The owner of the hotel is very kind, she arranged a birthdaycake for my friend. Dogs are welcome and we also felt very welcome. The terme with natural spring water and the nice garden are great. All in all a wonderful stay.

We had the best view! Cute little balcony facing the main waterfall, Staubbach. Very central location. Nice renovated bathroom. Leisure room with lots of books. Friendly staff. Great restaurant within the hotel.
