The property was so beautiful, well set up and perfectly located. We are a family of 6 with 4 children and the kids and adults both loved it. It was just steps from the beach and we had all we needed there! Beds were comfortable and showers worked great. The host is so kind and gracious, and generously had a few groceries on hand, like oranges and milk, and had small things like detergent so that we could do our laundry, paper towels, a very nice hair dryer, etc. The closets are spacious and new which is nice. This is a perfect place to stay and you will be treated like a valued guest. We were so glad we chose this spot.

Excellent location. Close to the old town and easy walk to beach. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Provisions left by owner for us to use was an unexpected but welcome inclusion.

Atseden is clean, comfortable (though a little noisy), ideally located and well appointed. It is modern and minimalist with huge comfortable beds. The location was superb. Communication with the hist was great.

It is a bright and well appointed apartment in a fabulous location, a block from the walk down to Playa Del la Concha and right at the border of the old city in the apartment faces the pedestrian Boulevard, which has all sorts of lively, dancing, and singing, and activity all throughout the day. While it is lively both day and night, they have excellent windows that you can close and you don’t even know what’s going on outside when you want to sleep at night. Pablo and Miren are super helpful host meet you at the door and are warm, friendly and inviting. I felt welcome right away. Pablo shared with me all this information you have on what to do in San Sebastian and there’s a big map on the table. They made us feel right at home.
