Had the best time in bali at kubu homestay. The view of the rice field right outside was so serene and peaceful, and one could also walk around the rice paddies and visit the local village nearby. Putu even gave me scooter lessons upon request and i had such an enjoyable ride around the empty village roads. The homely food cooked by his wife is amazing as well, the farm grown fruits are delicious, the bed super comfy as well with the soft sheets. Everything is just perfect, not forgetting the cooling weather here was such a great respite from the heat in other parts of bali. Had a friendly driver roi who kindly shared a lot about his local village and got to meet his family as well. Thank you for making ny experience here so memorable!

We've had an amazing stay at Sugi Gede HS! The new rooms are clean and spacious, with hot water, comfy bed, a fridge, a water cooler and a fan and even boasting a hammock on a terrace. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, treated us with an excellent durian (they grow all around the area and at the homestay as well), provided the badges for the waterfall which allow you to enter for a good price (30+20k total for Sekumpul, Hidden and Fiji). Would highly recommend this place!

The House is really nice and the location in the middle of the forest is just amazing! If you need to relax it’s definitely the perfect location. Restaurants are a little bit far away, but the owner drove me for free to the next best! The owner and his family are really helpfull and also kindly. I lost my charger there and the owner even drove the next day to my next hotel and gave it to me just for a little bit of money! :)
