Staff was always available, helpful and very friendly. They cleaned our room nearly every day and even made breakfast for us a little earlier when we wanted to go on daytrips early in the morning. The swimming pool was cleaned every day, they emptied the bins and gave us new toilet paper for free. Hot water was always available. We had enough space for our luggage, there were good possibilities for storage. Scooter renting was cheap and easy. The staff was really easy going when we fell one time, it was no problem. Santai homestay is located close to the main street of kuta with many cafes and restaurants, but still more quiet. In summary, we had a great stay at Santai on a budget. Terima kasih guys!

Location is awesome, small village anyway so can get anywhere by foot. Staff are easy to communicate via WhatsApp, facilities were great as mostly new. Nice small communal area to socialize. Highly recommended.
