United StatesAlberto, the manager of the property, could teach others a master class in how to host. He thought of every detail. He showed us how to use all the keys (there are several, for trash, the laundry, the parking lot, etc.), and walked us through everything. The washing machine & dryer (which he showed us how to use, because European equipment is quite different from American ones) were labeled with small English translations of all the settings. He explained the settings on the stove & oven, and showed us where all the pans, glasses, etc. were. The apartment was great: quiet, comfortable, sparkling clean, and orderly. The apartment's parking lot was secure and easy to access. In Bologna, it is *very* important to have a secure place to park your car. Alberto had a guide for us of nearby facilities: the grocery store, the bancomat, the pharmacy, and more. Plus he had a list of excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment's location was ideal for a walk to the pedestrian center of town, much of the way is covered by porticos, so you don't have to worry much about rain. Alberto is at your service via text and phone for any questions or issues. This is one of the best-managed properties I've ever enjoyed.
