Our first time in Rome — a weekend to celebrate my birthday. This hotel immediately caught my eye on Booking, and it fully lived up to my expectations — even exceeded them. It was a wonderful birthday and three amazing days in Rome. A special thanks to the hotel staff! The location is perfect, with all the main sights within walking distance. The staff were incredibly polite and pleasant — they made our stay truly special. The room and the hotel itself impressed us with their style and cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection. We definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Rome.

This was great location for us as a family of 4. As it gave us the option to relax, play in the pool and even play football and head into Rome city to do our tourist visits. The people here are really welcoming they even took my wife to the food supermarket rather than let her prder a taxi. Such a kind gesture that was not wasted on us. Anything we required was a message away and the villa itself had all Our family needed. We will 100% be visiting here again as a family.

A comfortable and big apartment with a big balcony that has a very nice view. The train station and a shopping center is at 5 min walk from the apartment. The owners are nice and helpful, always available for our requests. They also left us the breakfast for the entire stay.

Right next to the spa park so an extremely good location if you are going to the spa. Also, it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station so it is easy to visit Tivoli or Rome.

The location was even better. We loved the dining area and the kitchen. We also loved the bedroom and the big beds. The hallways were so comfy. Loft29 gave us a homely feel. We will definitely come back.
